Ecology and Collectivism at Christiania’s 40 years Birthday

Christiania is turning 40 and Makvärket will be there…

On the 26. september Christiania will turn 40 and there will be weeks of celebrating this.

From friday 16. september, Makvärket will take part in creating a vibrating space focusing on Ecology and Collectivism as a gift for Christiania and all the visitors. It will happen on Ridebanen, in front of the Grey Hall.

We will be having a café and bar with very nice food, espresso rocket oven and on some days pizza oven.

Also we will set up two compost toilets, a solar charger, a small cinema and there will be a circus tent, a yurt, a tipi and a fireplace and exhibitions and events.
